On the rare occasion when a host cannot check you into their property, StayCover will guarantee an alternative place for you to stay (similar to the property you had booked), for the same length of time - or your money back.

Should a host need to cancel your stay within 30 days of check-in, we will find you an alternative property - similar to the one you were interested in, for the same length of time. We will do this with as little friction and inconvenience as possible - if we cannot find you a suitable, alternative property, then you will receive all your money back.
